What will a painting day in Hales Corners be like?
Hales Corners, in part pictured here, is a old suburban community with rural flavor, 1930's homes and mature trees, yet also vistas of open sky on hills.
Now included in these pictures, but less than 5 minutes away is Whitnall Park one of the premier parks of Milwaukee County with prairie, woodland and marshlands as well as gentle hills. Join us to paint on this day.
Also available is a great warming location at Judith Reidy's home in the heart of Hales Corners. There you will also find indoor opportunities to paint either a still life or a view of the outside as well as hot cider to warm you.
Bring your own bag lunch for a critique at noon.

Following a lunch/ critique at noon, those who are interested in learning more about mastering composition will be looking at images of Ian Roberts based on his book "Mastering Composition: Techniques and Principles to Dramatically Improve
