Here are the prize winners from last weekend's Paint The Point: Winter Edition

Artists braved the outdoors February 10 - 12, during the second Paint The Point: Winter Edition, in Mineral Point, Wisconsin.


18 painters from several midwestern states submitted two paintings for judging by Mineral Point artist and gallerist, Jane Wilcoxson. The judging took place Friday afternoon at the exhibit venue, Tequila Point restaurant, 43 High Street. Prize winners were announced during the artist's dinner that night.

Paintings were exhibited and offered for sale on Saturday, February 13, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm at the same location. An online exhibit on the Arts Mineral Point website, artsmp.org, will be up soon and will feature all the paintings from the competition. Paintings will be offered for sale, with a portion of the proceeds going to Arts Mineral Point.
